Refund Policy - the basics
At Kelli Green Group Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. Payments for services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Prepaid services that have not yet been performed may be eligible for a refund, less any costs already incurred for materials, special orders, or other agreed expenses.
If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
